Partnerships

Built together.

Authentic integrations for brands that belong on the road, in the field, and inside the story.

01 / The approach

Products become part of the mission.

The strongest partnerships do not interrupt the story. They solve a real problem, earn real use, and become naturally connected to the journey.

That means we will tell you when something is not a fit, and we will show the failures alongside the wins. Audiences can tell the difference — and that is exactly why the endorsement is worth something.

What we offer

Six ways to work together.

Most partnerships combine several of these across a season rather than a single placement.

01

Expedition integration

Long-term use across a complete route or expedition, from planning through the final cut.

02

Film & video

Long-form integrations, standalone features, and short-form campaigns cut for every platform.

03

Field testing

Honest evaluation under real conditions and real miles — including what did not work.

04

Photography

Brand assets created in the environments your products were actually built for.

05

Event & launch support

On-location content, product launches, and expedition appearances.

06

Custom campaigns

Partnership structures built around your brand, the mission, and the audience.

The standard

Honest. Cinematic. Useful.

The work should make people feel something, teach them something, or make them want to step outside and begin their own journey. If a partnership cannot clear that bar, it is not the right partnership.

Common questions

Questions brands ask.

What kinds of brands do you work with?

Outdoor, overland, automotive, and adventure-travel brands whose products belong in the field. Recovery gear, vehicle equipment, camp systems, apparel, navigation, power, and optics all fit naturally into how we travel and film. If a product would not realistically be on the truck, we will say so.

Will you say something is bad if it is?

Yes. Field testing means honest evaluation under real conditions, and that includes showing what broke or underperformed. We will always tell a partner privately first, and we will never claim a product performed in a way it did not. That honesty is the entire reason the endorsement carries weight with the audience.

How far in advance should we talk?

Earlier is better. Brands that join before a route is locked become part of the planning rather than an afterthought in the edit, which produces far better content. For a flagship expedition, six to twelve months ahead is ideal. Smaller mini expeditions and standalone shoots can come together much faster.

Do you only shoot in Montana?

No. We are based in Bozeman, Montana, and a lot of work happens across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and the wider Mountain West because the terrain is on our doorstep. But expeditions run wherever the route goes — the flagship Pan-American Highway project crosses fourteen-plus countries from Alaska to Argentina.

Where does the finished work appear?

Long-form films and episodes publish on the Taylor Overland YouTube channel, with short-form cuts for Instagram and other platforms, plus conversation on The TO After Show Podcast. Partners also receive licensed stills and footage to use in their own marketing.

What does a partnership cost?

It depends entirely on scope — a single field-test segment and a season-long expedition integration are very different projects. Tell us what you are launching and what success looks like, and we will come back with a straightforward proposal rather than a rate card that fits nobody.
